Understanding BC Assure

I’m the founder of BC Assure, a UK based consultancy focused on supporting organisations with risk, compliance, and operational resilience. Since establishing the business in 2025, I’ve developed my offering to meet a growing need for practical, senior level support that connects board level oversight with real world operational delivery.

I work with organisations as a Fractional Director, providing strategic support to boards and leadership teams on risk, governance and compliance. My focus is on helping organisations strengthen oversight while ensuring that frameworks are not only compliant, but genuinely effective in practice.

Alongside this, I offer operational consultancy to support the implementation of strategy into day-to-day operations, as well as specialist business continuity and resilience services. This includes scenario based testing, continuity planning, and crisis readiness exercises designed to go beyond theory and provide confidence in how systems and teams perform under pressure.

I support clients across sectors including finance, healthcare, logistics, and manufacturing, tailoring my approach to reflect the specific risks, regulatory requirements, and operational challenges they face. Working directly with me ensures consistency, flexibility and a clear line between strategic advice and practical delivery.
